Penalties related to withholding tax
The tax regime in Colombia, in addition to being very extensive and complex, has a wide variety of penalties related to withholding at source as shown below:

Fault in the presentation and payment of the return
(Colombian Tax Statute, Art 641) | Fine of 5% of the withholding tax subject to the declaration for each month or fraction |
