The Home Office has published updated documentation regarding notifications made under Part Three of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) between the UK and EU concerning law enforcement and judicial cooperation. The update includes revised notifications from the European Union to the UK, contained within a 142-page document. The notifications system supports the implementation and operation of cross-border law enforcement and judicial cooperation arrangements established under the TCA.
